Day-by-Day Itinerary
7 Days TotalA 6 to 7 hour drive via Mansehra and Balakot, with Makra Peak viewpoint and Kiwai Waterfall on the way.
An 8 to 10 hour drive of about 250 km via Sohni Waterfall, Batakundi, Lulusar Lake, Babusar Top, the Nanga Parbat viewpoint and Chilas.
An early drive to Shigar, with an optional stop at the Sarfaranga desert for a walk on the sand, a jeep safari or paramotor. Take a private boat on Blind Lake, then visit the historic Shigar Fort.
After breakfast, 2 to 2.5 hours to Basho Valley for mountain views, green meadows and streams, then back to Skardu.
About 3 to 4 hours to Khaplu for Ghowari, Khaplu Fort (now a Serena hotel), the Chaqchan Mosque and the fish farms and Crystal Lake at Saling. Back to Skardu.
Drive back to Naran.
An early drive back to Islamabad. End of tour.
