Day-by-Day Itinerary
8 Days TotalVia the Hazara Motorway, Mansehra and Balakot, with a stop at Kiwai Waterfall, then up the Kaghan Valley to Naran.
Past Lulusar Lake and over Babusar Top, then the Raikot Bridge, the Nanga Parbat viewpoint, the Three Mountain Junction and views of Rakaposhi on the way to Karimabad.
Altit and Baltit forts, Eagle’s Nest viewpoint at Duikar, Karimabad Bazaar and the old streets of Hunza.
A long, early day past Attabad Lake, the Passu Cones and the Hussaini Suspension Bridge to the Khunjerab Pass, then down to Gilgit.
About 5 hours to Skardu, then Lower and Upper Kachura lakes and Soq Valley.
The Sarfaranga Cold Desert, Shigar Fort and the Amburiq Mosque, then back to Skardu.
The long return drive down the Indus and over Babusar Top to Naran.
Drive back via Kaghan, Balakot and Mansehra and drop-off in Islamabad. End of tour.

About This Package
Hunza and Skardu in one 8-day road trip at an economy price. You travel through the Kaghan Valley to Naran, then over Babusar Top and up the Karakoram Highway past the Nanga Parbat viewpoint and Rakaposhi to Karimabad.
In Hunza you explore Altit and Baltit forts, Eagle’s Nest and Karimabad Bazaar, then drive past Attabad Lake, the Passu Cones and the Hussaini Suspension Bridge to the Khunjerab Pass. From Gilgit the road leads to Skardu for the Kachura lakes, Soq Valley, the Sarfaranga Cold Desert and Shigar Fort, before the return via Naran.
A private vehicle with an experienced driver, fuel, tolls, parking and seven nights in economy hotels are included. Meals are not. The route over Babusar Top is open in summer only.
